Tailor/seamstress

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for garment construction and alterations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform garment alterations, including hemming, resizing, and repairing
- Sew garments according to specifications and customer requests
- Assist customers with fitting and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the design team to bring their vision to life
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficient in garment construction techniques and sewing methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of sewing machines and other sewing tools
- Familiarity with fashion retail industry trends is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
