Austin, United States Harren Behavior Services Full time

**Seeking an experienced, motivated, and high-quality BCBA to provide in-home ABA services to a young child with autism in the greater Austin area as an independent contractor during mornings hours.**
- Have a small caseload with a high percentage of supervision and parent training while working for a small and supportive practice in which you have time to do your best work._

This position would include conducting assessments, plan creation and supervision of highly qualified RBTs, and parent training in a home setting. Position includes:

- Somewhat flexible schedule (schedule within clients' availability; you choose clients you work with)
- Managing your own time off
- Continuing education reimbursement
- Paid quarterly team meetings for collaboration
- Potential paid additional supervision of behavior technicians who are working toward BCBA certification.

Applicants should have
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent supervisory skills
- Experience with reduction of challenging behavior and skill acquisition
- Strong behavior plan/goal writing and communication skills
- Ability to implement high quality programming in a creative and fun way
- Minimum qualifications:

- BCBA certification
- Texas BCBA License
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $64.64 - $67.80 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
