Server/waiteress

Hello I’m looking to hire a servers and carryout employees for Bluegrass in Highland Park. Roughly 20 mins north of the city, unfortunately not super easily accessible by public transit. Bluegrass is a finer casual restaurant specializing in southern and Cajun food with an extensive list of wine and craft beers. We are open tues-sat, closed most major holidays (including closing the 2 weeks that falls over Christmas/ New Years, and the week that falls over Fourth of July). In addition to awesome hours, we also offer lots of other benefits like matched 401k after 1 year of employment.

Looking for servers to fill night shifts which start at 4pm. Our last reservation is 8:30 so the servers are generally out well before 10pm. Taking customers’ orders, serve food and beverages, preparing itemized checks, and accepting payments. No weird side work expectations, just the normal: rolling, filling condiments, dumping coffee, stocking server station, etc. Some daytime and/or Sunday availability would be nice to cover some lunch shifts or work the occasional Sunday event, but not necessary.

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
