Building Maintenance Technician

**Role & Responsibilities**

Building Maintenance
- Assist in the maintenance of all the company buildings. Most routine maintenance work will be done in-house by the maintenance staff. The areas of maintenance include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.

Equipment Maintenance
- Assist in routine maintenance of a variety of machinery and equipment including industrial fabrication machinery.

Auto & Truck Maintenance
- Any experience with vehicle maintenance would be helpful in doing basic repairs to our fleet of cars, trucks and fork trucks.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Capable of working independently
- Experience in any of the following:

- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall
- HVAC
- Machinery maintenance
- Auto and truck maintenance

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
