Starbucks Barista

**Overview**:
Join our team as a Barista at our new cafe where you will craft delicious beverages and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the service area and equipment
- Assist in food preparation and service as needed
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of products
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance the overall guest experience

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Familiarity with basic math for cash handling transactions
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Passion for the food industry and delivering high-quality products

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
