The Registered Nurse (RN) works under the general direction of the Clinical Manager (CM), The RN
serves as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and coordinates patient care consistent with the
Plan of Care (POC) and is responsible for provision of services consistent with the mission, vision, and
goals of HWC, quality outcomes and regulatory standards.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Maryland
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse and/or BSN preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a RN preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable car
**HOURS**
1. Flexible Evenings/Nights with Weekend Rotation
2. 12am-8am with Weekend Rotation
3. Nights 12am-8am
