- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including sales floor, checkout area, bathrooms, kitchen, coolers, and dry storage area.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information
- Minimal food prep and cooking required
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and discounts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Food handlers card

Physical Requirements:

- Requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40 -50 lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.35 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
