This position serves as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist in the Cyber Operations Center, Current Operations (COPS) Branch, S-3 Division, MCCOG, Quantico, VA and is immediately accountable to the COPS Cyber Operations Center Manager. Responsible for ensuring the reliable management of MCCOG IT support requests. Oversees MCEN network and event monitoring. Serves as a single point of contact for all MCCOG Tier II and Tier III customer related issues.
