Leasing Agent

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team

Our Leasing Agent works closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent customer service to our current and future residents. We own and manage 300 multifamily apartment units.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
** 3 YEARS MANDATORY EXPERIENCE**
- Assist Property Manager with all aspects of property management.
- Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents.
- Explaining details of the different apartment unit options.
- Providing excellent customer service to both current and prospective residents.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the properties.
- Close "the sale" to prospective residents.
- Prepare lease paperwork, obtain move-in keys, and additional duties prior to new resident arrival.
- Entry of information into internal resident database.
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to help increase property traffic.
- Supervise college business school marketing interns.
- Perform various administrative duties.
- Respond to resident requests and help to minimize and resolve resident concerns.
- Knowledge of Property Leasing not required (willing to train right person)

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leasing Agent: 3 years (required)
- Multifamily leasing: 3 years (required)
- Yardi: 2 years (required)
