Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Petition Circulators. As a Petition Circulator, you will play a crucial role in gathering signatures for various petitions related to elections and fundraising efforts. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outreach to engage with registered voters and collect signatures for petitions
- Provide information about the purpose and goals of the petitions to potential signatories
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to persuade individuals to sign the petitions
- Maintain accurate records of collected signatures and ensure all necessary information is properly documented
- Collaborate with team members to meet signature collection goals
- Adhere to all legal requirements and guidelines related to petition circulation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or a similar field is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and engage with diverse individuals
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus
- Familiarity with fundraising strategies and techniques is beneficial

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract, Internship, Seasonal

Pay: $40.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

- New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
