Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This can be a year round position or a summer position only. We are looking for someone available with a flexible schedule that can work 7-3pm. 3-11pm and 11-7am. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audit duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management procedures is desirable

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
