Transportation Coordinator

We are an industry leading Transportation Management Company, seeking an experienced, skilled and sociable individual to join our team and work in a fast passed, collaborative and rewarding environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact and effectively communicate with clients
- Arrange and coordinate client’s transportation needs and execute multifaceted logistic projects
- Communicate and coordinate with carrier partners and other vendors
- Assist in developing and maintaining customer & carrier relationships
- Vetting and recruitment of carrier partners
- Utilization of Load Board Platforms and TMS
- Shipment tracking
- Collaborate with other team members on a daily basis, to ensure our customers’ goals are met
- Maintain operating budgets
- Report and address customer or carrier concerns in a timely manner
- General office duties and task as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a Transportation, Freight Brokerage / 3PL environment would be helpful
- Knowledge and experience with Load Board platforms would be beneficial
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and oral communication skills - customer service-oriented job
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to quickly process information & have problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task - highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
