Boulevard Management, Inc., a business management firm, is hiring a full-time messenger for our Woodland Hills, CA office. This person would be responsible for transporting documents and other items from our office, to our clients, and from our clients, to our office. Down time would be spent in the office stocking, cleaning, basic maintenance, and other office clerk type duties.

Required:

- Valid CADL with a clean driving record (must provide proof from the DMV)
- Reliable insured vehicle with liability coverage and valid registration (proof required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professional attitude & appearance
- Punctuality, dependability, hardworking, reliable, honest and trustworthy a must
- Must be friendly and patient
- Excellent written and communication skills, fluent in English
- Be familiar with the Greater Los Angeles area (including Ventura County), and comfortable navigating/driving to all areas which may occasionally include Orange County, the Inland Empire, Riverside County, and Santa Barbara County
- Willing to work overtime
- Must be discreet and show good judgement

Prefer:

- 1 year + messenger/runner/courier experience
- Microsoft Outlook experience
- Someone who takes pride in their work

This is a full-time permanent position with benefits, cell phone allowance, and mileage reimbursement. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Some overtime may be required. A background and credit check will be required.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
