Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Duties**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand client goals and objectives, and develop strategies to help them achieve success
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze client data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Proactively communicate updates, new features, and industry trends to clients
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our solutions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) products is preferred

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $44,574.68 - $53,681.34 per year
