SUMMARY:
As a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) E-commerce Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth, revenue, and customer acquisition throughout Shopify/Ecomm channels. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our DTC e-commerce operations, enhancing the customer experience, and maximizing sales opportunities across various digital platforms.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, market share, and profitability.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the DTC e-commerce landscape, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the optimization and management of our e-commerce platforms (to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience).
- Implement best practices for website design, navigation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive higher conversion rates and improve customer retention.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance online visibility and sales.
- Create robust Digital Marketing Calendar that includes promotions, editorial content and launch campaigns to drive online revenue.
- Research and ensure sites are up to date from an SEO perspective.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Work with Customer Service team and Operations team to ensure a high standard of customer experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing and driving an e-commerce platform/Digital Store Management
- Strong experience understanding e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with Shopify or similar technologies.
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytics mindset with experience in data analysis, performance measurement, and reporting tools.
- Previous industry experience in consumer tech goods and/or Musical Instruments a plus.
