**Qualifications and Experience**
- Participate and aid in the preparation of Customer Conformity Reviews.
- Interact and support customer inspection (Source).
- Review and understand customer quality requirements and AMRO quality requirements on a job by job basis.
- Support production schedule activities including requested overtime needs with availability.
- Work directly with the AMRO Quality Manager on a daily basis and provide support as needed.
- Support AMRO training activities with records and matrix control.
- Support AMRO MRT actives with records and matrix control.
- Support AMRO purchasing activities with records and ASL control.
- Be a good team player both within the quality department and jointly with production. Able to support the needs of the entire QMS.
- To use the procedures and tools within the AS 9100 QMS to the intent of the standard and to the intent of AMRO fabricating.
- Must understand how customer products are impacted in the event of failure of data administration.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be detail oriented, extremely organized, must possess excellent communication skills, and be able to interact well with all levels of Management.
- Must possess excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of word, spreadsheets and databases.
- Act as a leader within the quality department exemplifying good work ethic and morals that are within the AMRO company expectations and culture.
- Must have direct communication with internal customers.
- Must be trained of applicable changes & customer requirements.
- Must know the QMS basic system of reporting, record keeping and follow instructions.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- Adequate years of experience in inspection using quality techniques determined by AMRO.
- Two (2) + years college or related technical training.
