Sales representative, you will learn about our company, products, and services by going through a paid training process that will lead you to further your career. You will develop new relationships with current/potential clients handling requests and generating new opportunities.

**Paid training at our Eagleville, PA location before moving to the set location applied for, either North Wales or Malvern.**

**Job Description of an Entry-Level Sales**
- Accurately estimate/measure projects for potential Clients.
- Present proposals and follow up on all leads provided by the Company.
- Provide daily dispositions on leads within 12 hours of appointment.
- Obtain necessary signatures, selections, documents, deposits, etc. to make a sale.
- Be a liaison between the Client and the Company until completion of any sold project.
- Provide clarification of project layout, designs, specifications, colors, styles, addendums, etc. to production and office staff before, during, and until the project is completed and paid in full.
- When necessary schedule a pre-construction meeting with Project Manager & Client(s).
- When directed by manager, self-generate leads by soliciting nearby neighbors and outbound calling.
- Field leads at events such as Home Show, Open House, Local Shows, etc.
- Re-hash older/cold leads as directed by supervisor.
- Attend Sales Meetings and Training as directed by manager.
- Conduct ride-along appointments as directed by manager.

**Salary Expectations & Benefits of an Entry-Level Sales**
- Sales Consultants average $65,000-$100,000 Commission within their first year.
There is no CAP and we have multiple people on our sales team making over $150K

- A self-motivated individual willing to learn
- Outgoing and not afraid to approach and converse with prospective clients
- Dependable form of transportation
- Team player and willingness to collaborate with others
- Enjoys being challenged
- Available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM & Saturdays as necessary
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
