Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced dedicated teachers and teaching assistants with experience working in a childcare center. Some responsibilities may include supervision of children, changing diapers, playing with and inspiring children, collaborating with colleagues, and communicating with parents.

The Goddard School of Millburn seeks to empower teachers, children, and parents to achieve their potential and life's purpose. Beyond an ordinary preschool, Millburn Goddard School teaches children ages two months through six years in three languages (English, Spanish, and Mandarin). We seek to acquire and retain excellent teachers with a culture of appreciation, support and professionalism.

As a teacher assistant, you will need to be:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist or lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support classroom management by helping to maintain a safe and organized learning space
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed
- Assist with behavior management strategies
- Help with the supervision of children during various activities
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and development

**Experience**:

- One year experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
