**Responsibilities**:

- Regular onboarding of new hires as our program grows
- Maintain detailed and organized records
- Manage compensation and benefits packages
- Understand and remain updated on Department of Labor Laws
- Communicate and help implement consistent HR policies and procedures
- Oversee compliance with state mandated training requirements using Relias training platform
- Responsible for setting up, tracking, and troubleshooting staff tablets, laptops, printers, and cell phones with assistance from tech consultant
- Update office phone system w/ new users; record greetings and outgoing messages
- Payroll processing using payroll software.

**Experience**:

- 2 years direct human resources experience
- Associates degree in business or human resources
- Willingness to learn and grow in human resources best practices
- Technical skill with electronics such as tablets, cell phones, laptops
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office 365
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written or oral communication skills

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
