Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Waitress to join our team. As a Waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Tips vary based on performance with customers on top of your base pay.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Monitor guest needs and promptly address any requests or issues
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying customer needs
