**Overview**:
To create customers for life through the delivery of the CertaPro® Brand experience in a manner that ensures a quality job completed on budget, while leading an elite team of painters. **We specialize in repaints.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects
- Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff
- Lead a crew of painters.
- Ensure that the entire painting crew is properly attired, and the CertaPro® Brand is represented on the jobsite as required.
- Ensure the painting crew acts in a professional manner.
- Communicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the Certainty Service System® is being utilized throughout the production process.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a leadership role in a painting or other service company desirable
- Experience planning of a painting project or other relevant projects to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget
- Experience coaching a crew
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor.
- Ability to independently solve problems

**Requirments**
- Great time management skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Has own equipment including, ladders, sprayers, tools
- Owns a reliable vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
