Companion/caregiver

**Overview**: We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Companions. As a Caregiver/Companion, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence. **Duties**: - Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with medication administration under supervision - Support individuals with daily activities and tasks - Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities - Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals **Requirements**: - Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of hospice care, direct support, or working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus - Familiarity with medication administration systems and protocols - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and resident rights - Ability to manage behaviors effectively and with compassion Joining our team as a Caregiver/Companion offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
