- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low stock
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and security
- Assist donors in making donations by helping them unload

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak multiple languages preferred
- Experience using RF scanners for inventory management is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Knowledge of produce or experience in a retail environment is desirable
- Basic math skills for retail calculations and cash handling
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
