Hourly Rate: $20.00
- Ensure proper receiving, recording of daily deliveries, product return check-in, and purchase orders/material match
- Input accurate data into receiving/shipping inventory systems investigate discrepancies using WMS and SAP
- Reconcile errors utilizing WMS, SAP, edit reports, invoices, shipping/receiving documents and other manufacturing systems with actual materials
- Organizing and preparing paperwork for invoicing customers and billing/shipping orders
- Maintain warehouse inventory system and levels, update product and pricing details as necessary
- Generate shipping reports and data enter shipment information
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers
- Learn and become familiar with all products sold by the company
- Manage tool assets with check in/out monitoring

**Qualification Skills**:

- Computer savvy, experience with WMS/ERP a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess good communication skills with co-workers and external customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year of warehouse shipping/billing experience
- Must be 18 yrs. or over
- Must adhere to the attendance and punctuality policy
- Follows all safety requirements and policies
