**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate protection.
- Contact leads through various channels and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to effectively advise clients.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for helping others and a desire to succeed in the insurance industry.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
