**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Includes the following. Other assignments, projects, and duties may be required
- Demonstrate an understanding of the basic concepts of mental illness and the basic techniques of clinical work including functional skills, socialization skills training, communication skills training, treatment coordination, and crisis intervention/behavior management techniques.
- Provide direct oversight of the International Clubhouse certification process, which includes oversight of all day-to-day program operations in the Clubhouse and completion of appropriate administrative tasks.
- Ensure measures are put in place and implemented to meet each goal for the Clubhouse standard to maintain Clubhouse Certification.
- Maintain Food Handler’s License and certification for Food Establishment Permit..
- Provide a summary to the Assistant Director of Adult Intensive and Residential Services quarterly for each goal on Clubhouse Standards.
- Complete a brief risk assessment and a comprehensive risk assessment for clients upon their referral including a bio-psycho-social interview to assist in developing, with input from the client and other treatment team members, an appropriate schedule in accordance with the client’s treatment needs.
- Assess client for abuse and neglect.
- Develop client objectives related to Clubhouse that are individualized, time-limited, and behaviorally stated that target the client’s challenges. These objectives must be communicated with the primary clinician for the client in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate competency in both 1:1 and group services and will provide said services within context of Clubhouse program.
- Document timely, accurately and in accordance with Center policies utilizing current systems and practices.
- Document accurate information, which reflects client progress based on the appropriate therapeutic modality. Therapeutic services will be time limited and specific to the presenting problem(s) of each assigned client.
- Provide direct group and individual services for referred clients and their families addressing goals and objectives as outlined in the treatment plan under the supervision of the department manager and center psychiatrist.
- Assist client with the development of natural support systems to improve independence and recovery goals.
- Meet with assigned clients and/or their families as frequently as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Maintain monthly contact with the referring agency and provide required progress reports as needed.
- Develop community partnerships and act as liaison for the Clubhouse Council.
- Regularly meet with Clubhouse team members and participate in group clinical supervisions in accordance with Center policies.
- Be available for treatment team meetings with other involved departments or agencies as needed by the client.
- Meet monthly collaborative service goals as set by the department.
- Maintain mandatory agency in-service training requirements.
- Attend continuing education seminars pertaining to International Clubhouse Model, evidenced based practices, or other continuing education seminars pertinent to the needs of clients, as deemed necessary by department manager.
- Abide by all Center policies and procedures.
- Maintain positive working relations and rapport with the communities served.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

- Make up to an **additional $625 per week** by participating in Mobile Crisis On-Call opportunities in eligible counties
- Eligible for $150/month (**$1,800 annually**) in student loan repayment, **available at hire**:

- Earn **$750** for every person you refer who is hired and remains employed for 6 months **and receive an additional $500** every year as long as you both remain employed

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- High School diploma/GED and 2 years related experience, technical certificate or 60 undergraduate college credits
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred
