Plumbing Dispatcher

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will schedule technician appointments at customer sites, and facilitate communication among owner, technicians, customers, and the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains service technicians/plumbers/owner schedules
- Schedules return trips with customers to complete jobs after arrival of parts
- Maintains customer database and ensures complete, accurate, and updated entry of information
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding company schedule, lead times, service, invoicing, and general inquiries
- Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients through clear communication; addresses all concerns, questions, or problems expediently and professionally
- Maintains a courteous demeanor with all customers, associates, plumbers, suppliers, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in plumbing dispatch and scheduling
- Geographical knowledge of Monmouth County service area, and/or excellent map reading skills
- Advanced communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, job scheduling and CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass employment check/drug screen
- GED or high school diploma

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
