We are seeking a **_Full-Time Housekeeping and Maintenance Specialist_** to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between housekeeping and maintenance operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to floor care, cleaning projects, and handy work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing designated areas.
- Handle floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, painting, and performing minor repairs.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping and/or maintenance roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Proficiency in performing minor repairs and handy work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
