**About Us**: Landbird is dedicated to making group transportation easy, memorable, & sustainable. We specialize in renting 15-passenger vans to community groups, youth sports teams, and local businesses. Our mission is to make group travel fun & effortless.

Landbird is seeking a diligent and proactive Fleet Associate to help us maintain our fleet. Fleet Associates to turn vehicles over after each reservation, to include: Inspection, Interior Cleaning, Exterior Cleaning, & providing friendly & helpful customer service to any renters who come to our Lot.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Management**: Oversee the fleet of 15-passenger vans and 3-row SUVs parked in Waltham, MA - as well as remote locations across Greater Boston
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with the on duty Fleet Coordinator to report on fleet status, damages, and any other issues requiring attention.
- **Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of the vehicles to check for any damage or maintenance issues.
- **Cleaning**: Perform both interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicles, ensuring they are spotless and presentable for customers.
- **Delivery**: Make customer deliveries of Vans to our customers & provide superior customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Customer Service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
