Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities
- The inside sales rep is responsible for supporting outside sales reps by rehashing open sales appointments.
- Evaluate proposals that have been provided to our customers and work with customers to overcome objections and close the business.
- Reset appointments for outside sales reps when necessary to return and address customer concerns and close the sale.
- Manage customer relationships from sale to installation to continual referrals.
- Make sure customers have a 5-star experience throughout.
- Ensure all required financing, contract, and other documents are provided and received.
- Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss your results, gain insights into successful sales, participate in development opportunities and receive sales coaching.
- Answer incoming phone lines and book customer appointments as needed.
- Be a Company Brand Ambassador, always exhibiting a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

100K+ on average. Base salary + Commission

Sales Representative Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- In-Home sales experience a plus.
- Previous sales experience required.
- Professional demeanor, with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven.
- Ability to embrace and learn our sales methodology, scripts, and product attributes.
- Tech-savvy; Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, iPad/ Apps.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
