**Responsibilities**:
- Work independently with mínimal supervision or as part of a team.
- May be required to create time-sensitive deliverables and respond directly to incidents in ServiceNow.
- May lead project teams within assigned units to develop, plan, and manage project tasks.
- Independently analyze and develop innovative resolutions for complex problems involving availability and/or performance at the component level.
- Work with vendors to resolve problems; implement solutions independently.
- Responsible for problem resolution for advanced technical issues in the environment
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing and provide training.
- Conducts data analysis in support of product acceptance programs and initiatives; collects and analyzes data to identify trends and insights and summarize findings.
- Develops reports and makes recommendations based on results.
- Analyzes package mail entry data to reconcile customer payments; monitors and ensures customer payments are received accurately and timely.
- Develops and presents recommendations to management to improve the monitoring and accuracy of revenue collection.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to reconcile customer accounts and payments and determine if refunds are warranted.
- Provides technical advice and guidance to customers, field employees, and managers both orally and in writing on commercial product acceptance policies, programs, and regulations.
**Required Experience Level**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics
