Job Summary:
We are seeking a Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Duties**:

- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Create training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Conduct on-the-job training sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs
- Provide feedback to trainees to support their development
- Updating communication boards

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in training and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Proficiency in basic math for training purposes
- Excellent organizational skills to manage training schedules effectively

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Supervising or leadership experience
- Guest services background
- Conflict management skills
- Customer service expertise
