**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting the signing of closing documents with clients
- Providing an exceptional settlement experience for buyers and sellers
- Maintaining open communication with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders throughout the process
- Assisting processors in finalizing settlement statements

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
