Mortgage Manager

High visibility and unique role collaborating directly with executive management to assist with driving mortgage production with loan consultants and partnering with loan processing team within our builder-affiliated mortgage company. This position does not have loan origination responsibilities.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with management, loan originators, and the builder-affiliate to increase mortgage capture rates.
- Collect market insights from loan originators and competitors, providing valuable feedback to management.
- Offer comprehensive support to loan originators by addressing inquiries regarding loan products and other mortgage-related matters. Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to deliver accurate responses.
- Assist in the placement and pricing of loans.
- Utilize Encompass to generate reports and leverage Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
- Undertake position related tasks as assigned by management.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5 years’ experience in mortgage industry: Individual contributor in sales and/or in operations.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Experience with Encompass
- Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator either in inside or outside sales capacities.
- Background in mortgage operations, such as loan processing or other relevant operational roles.
- Working knowledge of the fundamentals of Excel.
- Comfortable and adept with technology.
- Florida Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license preferred.
- Highly organized and attention to detail
