We are a high-end mental health clinic with office locations in Scottsdale and Tempe, Arizona. We provide face-to-face and telepsychiatry services at the clinics and to patients in multiple other organizations, rehabilitation centers, and detox facilities throughout Arizona.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- This role will be important in communicating effectively with patients and staff and maintaining an organized administrative schedule.
- They will prepare and assist in the setup of infusion rooms for the examination and treatment of patients.
- Oversee the patient triage, from scheduling appointments while assisting with referral processing, and arranging laboratory services.
- Prepare patients for examination or infusion, take vitals, and record patients' health history.
- Prepare equipment and infusion rooms and clean equipment and infusion rooms.
- Assist Practitioners with preparing patients for infusions, procedures, or exams.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and stock infusion rooms with appropriate supplies
- Responsible for administering Injections or IV fluids as directed by the Practitioner.
- Responsible for patient follow-up and lead phone calls to prospective patients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our clinic.
- You will support Practitioners and medical assistants through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- (required) Experience with IVs
- (required) Willingness to be flexible and adapt as situations require.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Current license to practice nursing in the state.

**Salary**: Competitive

**Hours**:

- ** PRN or Part-Time. In this role, this person's availability will be needed at least 3 days per week between 4 to 6 hours for those days.
