Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the school's mission and philosophy
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool, including staff management and curriculum development
- Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to foster a supportive and inclusive school community
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
- Ability to educate, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve educational goals
- Proficiency in budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with parents

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
