**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and encouraged to explore and learn.
- Utilize inquiry-based teaching methods to promote critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and ensure academic success for all learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning experiences that integrate faith and academics.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification and/or relevant teaching experience in middle school math and science.
- Alignment with the mission and values of All Nations Community School.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families.
