Responsibilities include the Following:

- Clear title by resolving title defects, satisfying liens and encumbrances against the parties or property.
- Properly deposit funds in escrow accounts and maintain proper accounting procedures.
- Satisfy all title lender, contract and title requirements by obtaining proper documentation and collection of fees associated.
- Review all documents including HOA status letters, tax certificates, final water reports, POA’s and other requirements prior to closing.
- Schedule closing with customers
- Process lender requests and updates to title
- Respond in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to any customer inquiries.
- Complies with regulatory requirements by adhering, and enforcing adherence, to requirements.

Skill and Educational Requirements:

- High school diploma or the equivalent
- 1+ years of previous closing or title experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Learning and Growth Ability - you enjoy and excel at learning new information or skills.
- Organized - you put processes into comprehensible order and execute in an efficient manner.
- Adaptable and Flexible - you maintain focus and positive attitude amidst change or under pressure.
