tablished and well-known gift and homeware retailers to deliver successful inline and seasonal programs with a unique point of view season after season. *Job Description:* We are hiring a Sales Operations Associate to be part of our Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for order management and will have diverse responsibilities. This is a full-time position with benefits. We do not provide work visa sponsorship. *Responsibilities
- * Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, dependencies, and responsibilities to achieve project objectives effectively.
- Track project progress against milestones, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status updates, key milestones, and deliverables to all stakeholders regularly, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
- Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project-related communications, to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Liaise with corporate buyers to address inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate order placements.
- Prepare and complete spreadsheets, templates and project documentation
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Manage all communications with PD team, vendors, and corporate clients, ensuring clear and timely exchange of information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, PD, marketing, and logistics to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction. *Qualifications*
- Associate degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ceramic products or retail industry experience is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to change and problem-solve effectively in a dynamic business environment. This position requires you to be in-office for two days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining three days. Pay: $56,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits:
