**Position Overview**:Nova Farms is looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our team. The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. This position is responsible for ensuring a sanitary and safe environment by performing cleaning tasks and addressing minor maintenance issues as needed.

**SHIFT TIME: M-F 8 AM - 4:00 PM**

**Status: Full
- time (onsite)**

**Compensation**: 17/hr

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Empty and clean trash cans and recycling bins regularly.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in common areas and workspaces.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces like tables, chairs, and countertops.
- Monitor and replenish bathroom and cleaning supplies.
- Address minor maintenance issues like changing light bulbs or fixing leaks.
- Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding cleaning schedules and special requests.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
