This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying potential clients/markets and building lasting partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in IT managed services.

Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and potential customer needs.

Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our IT managed services.

Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for the company.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to ensure that proposed solutions accurately meet clients’ requirements.

Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

Attend industry conferences, networking events, and other opportunities to promote [Your Company Name] and its services.

**Qualifications**:
Proven sales experience in the IT sector, preferably in managed services, cloud solutions, or software sales.

Strong understanding of IT concepts and the ability to discuss solutions and services with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in BA, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Driven, self-motivated personality with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

**Skills**:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Effective time management and organizational abilities.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Keen attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.

Ability to use CRM tools.

**Working Conditions**:
Office is in Tempe, AZ. This is an outside sales role and will require travel to client sites, conferences, and industry events.

Flexible working hours to accommodate client meetings and deadlines.
