Insomniac’s West Coast Clubs Division includes venues such as Exchange, Academy LA, Time Nightclub, Bloom, and Nova SD.

**THE ROLE**

Dishwashers play a significant role in maintaining the club’s cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. The primary responsibility of the dishwasher is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This position works closely with the janitorial team to ensure smooth back-of-house operations by loading washing machines, stacking washed items, and adhering to all safety and sanitary procedures.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Setting up crowd rails outside main doors
- Rinse and scrape all used dishware and cookware.
- Load and unload the dishwashing machine.
- Maintain the dishwashing machine and ensure it is functioning properly.
- Organize cleaning supplies and back-of-house areas.
- Adhere to all hygiene, cleanliness, and safety requirements.
- Remove garbage promptly.
- Clean and sanitize sinks and other kitchen areas.
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the employee may be assigned other duties or
tasks as needed.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Customer Service: 1 years (preferred)
- Ability to work Nigh Shift, Evening Shift & Weekends as needed

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when at venues
- May work in drastic temperature climates when at venues
- Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
