We are seeking an experienced Merchant Services Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving company growth while ensuring adherence to underwriting, risk, and compliance standards. As a Merchant Risk Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Technology, to assess merchant risk effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Transaction Monitoring**: Analyze batch activity and transactional behavior for anomalies and exceptions, proactively identifying potential risks.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Work closely with internal departments and relationship managers to communicate identified risk concerns and facilitate resolutions.
- **Policy Management**: Update policy and procedure documents as necessary to reflect approved changes and ensure compliance.
- **Project Maintenance**: Maintain and improve existing projects as requested, adapting to changes within the department.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years' experience in Merchant Services, with a proven track record of effectively managing risk.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency with Excel and other relevant tools for data analysis.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong organizational and analytical skills, coupled with keen attention to detail and note-taking abilities.
- **Deadline Management**: Ability to adhere to task deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

This position offers a salary within the range of USD $65,000-85,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
