Sitting atop the North Penn Volunteer Fire Company, our establishment serves as a hub for community engagement, offering top-notch hospitality and memorable experiences.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons by crafting delicious drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Engage with patrons in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, disposing of waste, sweeping and mopping the floors, and cleaning the bathrooms.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices (see RAMP and ServSafe requirements)
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and uphold the club's reputation for excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a bartender or similar role preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in responsible RAMPs is a plus.
- Maintain an understanding of the social clubs role as it pertains to the volunteer fire company.
