Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve hookahs in accordance with established recipes and procedures
- Engage with customers to recommend flavors and provide guidance on hookah options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hookah area
- Monitor and manage coal changes to ensure optimal hookah quality
- Upsell additional items such as beverages or snacks to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase sales
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation practices
- Familiarity with retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a hookah lounge or similar setting
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to operate a cash register or POS system efficiently
- Previous experience in a grocery store or similar environment is a plus
- Strong knowledge of hookah flavors and combinations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
