**About Us**:
**Job Title: Onsite Field Service Engineer (FSE) - Data Center Hands and Feet**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as hardware replacement, cable management, and equipment rack installations, in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting assistance for data center infrastructure components, including servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and power distribution units (PDUs).
- Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and decommissioning activities as directed by senior engineers or project managers.
- Coordinate with onsite and remote teams to execute planned maintenance activities and respond to urgent service requests or incidents.
- Document activities, observations, and procedures accurately and thoroughly in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to data centre access and security protocols, including badge access, escort requirements, and equipment handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the data center facility, including equipment rooms, workspaces, and access areas.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other third-party service providers as needed to support data center operations and projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal stakeholders, including data center managers, IT teams, and end-users.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
- years of experience working in data center environments, preferably in a hands-on technical support role.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, networking devices, and power distribution systems.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Familiarity with data center operations, best practices, and industry standards, such as ANSI/TIA-942 and Uptime Institute Tier Classification.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and support.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed for scheduled maintenance or emergency response.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
