**We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Remodeler in residential remodeling.**

You must have 5+ years of proven experience in multiple trades and/or 2 years in a Journeyman Remodeler position. If you don’t meet this requirement, you will not be considered.

**Must have a positive attitude, be teachable, be reliable, and have a strong work ethic with attention to detail.**

**Sons & Fathers Remodeling LLC **is a locally owned and operated company, with over 20 years experience delivering professional results in residential remodeling in the East Valley. We are a recovery friendly business that supports those who choose to become overcomers.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
The Journeyman Remodeler position will be responsible for various trades during renovation. This individual must be self-starting, responsible, and able to complete tasks with minimum supervision. In addition, you must be highly motivated, dependable, and take ownership in the quality of your work. You must be willing to learn new techniques and processes to further develop skill sets.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare each day with the appropriate tools and materials to complete scheduled tasks
- Comfortable with working alongside other crew members in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable with moving between multiple projects to complete daily tasks
- Comfortable with training & managing apprentice crew members
- Project managing jobs to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and all team members are working efficiently.
- Ensure quality control
- Communicate with the Project Manager on regular basis
- Working alongside sub-contractors to ensure project timelines are met
- Be flexible and willing to step in wherever required

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5+ years residential remodeling experience
- Must have professional experience in Carpentry
- Minor Painting, Drywall, Electrical, and Plumbing experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Must have reliable transportation, truck or van preferred
- Must live within 20-30 minutes of the east valley
- Must own tools to perform tasks
- Must be able to lift, push & pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must follow company dress code and maintain professional appearance
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Maintain sobriety
