**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently perform repair work on each order in accordance with dealership, state, and factory standards.
- Address customer concerns through accurate diagnosis, repair, and quality control to achieve Fixed First Visit expectations.
- Conduct thorough Electronic Multi Point Inspections on every vehicle.
- Notify the Service Advisor promptly of any unexpected issues or additional time required for repairs.
- Master our Dealer Management System (Dealertrack) for efficient timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring accountability for all dealership-owned tools.
- Excel in factory-sponsored training classes to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on all factory technical bulletins to ensure the highest level of service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by leaving no trace in their vehicle and maintaining cleanliness.
- Understand and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as draining and refilling engine oil, replacing oil and air filters, rotating tires, inspecting brake pads, and checking and adjusting tire air pressure.
- Complete multi-point inspections on every vehicle, inspecting and refilling fluid levels of key components, and lubricating moving parts with specified lubricants.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:

- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Currently attending or a recent graduate of a recognized Automotive/Technical School.
- Prior automotive technician work experience and/or factory training is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic presence with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Work effectively and efficiently as an individual and in a team environment.
- Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen.

**Physical Demands**:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to:

- Sit and/or stand interchangeably throughout the day.
- Sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.
- Use hands, fingers, and arms continually, frequently, and throughout the day.
- Bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, and kneel continually, frequently, and throughout the day.
- Pick-up, lift, and carry items that may exceed 50 pounds.
- Operate and drive vehicles or equipment, as needed, in a safe manner.
