**FRIENDLY BRAND AMBASSADOR**

ROLE OUTLINE - TRADE MARKETING DEPARTMENT

As a Friendly Brand Ambassador, you will be the Friendly face of our brand You’ll visit dispensaries within your territory and interact with retail staff, conduct visual inventory checks, and do demos & staff trainings as needed.

A Successful Friendly Brand Ambassador’s Day-to-Day:

- Your day starts with a morning team stand-up call and arriving at your first stop
- You’ll follow your schedule for the day which will have been set with you the week prior
- Each day will entail pre-scheduled visits, trainings, and PAD/Demo’s
- As you complete your visits you’ll document note and details in our mobile CRM
- You’ll communicate regularly with your assigned Account Manager throughout the day
- You’ll interact with dispensary staff and build rapport with our retail partners
- You’ll educate dispensary staff and consumers on our products and brand
- You’ll help with getting social media content from retailers to help promote our products and partners
- You’ll conduct demos/PAD’s and staff trainings as necessary
- You’ll post brand-based content to social media
- 2 story posts and 1 reel per PAD/Demo

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM A FRIENDLY BRAND AMBASSADOR:

- Experience in a high-volume Brand Ambassador role
- Be ready and presentable when representing Friendly in stores
- Commitment to following schedule for account coverage
- Great attendance and reliability
- Excellent social media presence
- Experience with documenting verbal communication in real-time
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking skills
- A growth mindset (personal and professional)
- A love for cannabis
- A keen sense of urgency
- An innate ability to work within a team
- General knowledge of cannabis
- Knowledge of our brand is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
