Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides/Personal Care Assistant. As an HHA/PCA, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. We are seeking aides looking for **Short Hour** cases in **Queens** (Zip Codes: 11368, 11101, 11413, 11434, 11360).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques when necessary
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to any dietary restrictions or special instructions
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to lift and move patients safely and comfortably
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
